Thompson, we are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in general labor positions.As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the quality and efficiency of our operations. Here's what you'll be doing: Loading baskets with parts Racking and un-racking parts for processing Preparing parts for racking Validating order quantities against customer purchase orders Inspecting parts before and after processing Identifying discrepancies and notifying operators of any issues Maintaining compliance with safety regulations Utilizing our computer system to scan in and out of jobs Maintaining a clean and orderly work area Work Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-12:30am (10-hour shifts) Requirements: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly Stamina to stand for 8+ hour shifts Proficiency in using basic hand tools Strong multitasking and prioritization skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Benefits Offered: Weekly pay Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401k plan with matching contributions Paid holidays and time off Company-paid life insurance policy And as a special perk, we provide a FREE fountain soda machine on-site to keep you refreshed throughout the day!
